Clinton Hickman, 80 years old, entered into rest Tuesday March 17, 2026 at Brentwood Health Care.
Born September 9, 1945, He was a lifelong resident of Burke County and worked at Samson Manufacturing for many years.
Clinton was a member of Crossroads Baptist Church where he enjoyed visiting. Brentwood was the place he ministered most, and he eventually lived there for 10 years. Clinton battled many health issues, but when he accepted the Lord as his savior, he had a burning desire to share his testimony every chance he had.
Clinton was predeceased by his father, Red Hickman, and step fathers George Bryant Quick and Audice Lee Sprout, his mother Evelyn Quick Sprout, and his brother Jimmy Quick.
He is survived by his brothers Mack Hickman and David Quick (Sheryl), his sister Wanda Ward and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Our family is very thankful for the long term care he received at Brentwood.
Graveside services will be at Burke Memorial Gardens, Saturday, March 21, 2026 at 11:00 am.
Burke Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
