Mr. Phil Walker Slocumb age 69, of Dublin passed away on Sunday August 2, 2020 at Fairview Park Hospital in Dublin.

Born in Monticello, Florida, he was the son of the late Marvin Walker and Susie Ophelia Wilbanks Slocumb. Mr Slocumb was retired.

Survivors include Son; William Slocumb of Hapeville Ga, Daughter; Ashley Slocumb of Dublin, Ga, Granddaughter; Freya Marie Fleming of Dublin Ga, Sisters; Laverne Wilkerson of Rebecca, Jeannie Wilkerson of Rebecca, Nell Horner of Brooksville Fl, And several nieces and nephews.

He was proceeded in death by a Son; Michael Slocumb, Sister; Helen Targonski and Brother; Raymond Walker Slocumb.

Private Funeral Services were held in South Georgia.

Burke Memorial Funeral Home of Waynesboro in charge of arrangements.
